High Response time when using Arrivals Thread Group

I am facing some issues while executing it from this particular arrival thread group. I am getting very high response time when I use arrival thread group.

But when I try executing the same request from normal thread group I could see very less response time.

for example :

Normal Thread group - 200ms

Arrival Thread group - 900ms

Can you please help me to figure out what could be the reason behind this?
