Alternative for oauth sampler in jmeter

Hi,

Currently we have a jmx file which had Oauth sampler. Now it is depreciated and because of that not able to open that jmx file in latest Jmeter version (5.2).

Let know how to open that jmx file in Jmeter tool and how to replace that sampler.

If you open JMeter Plugins Manager you will see that OAuth Sampler "Does not work with JMeter v3.2+"

This is because the plugin relies on legacy HTTPClient which has been removed in JMeter version 3.2 (see Bug 60727 - Drop commons-httpclient-3.1 and related elements for details)

If you really need this OAuth Sampler you can obtain JMeter 3.1 (or older) from JMeter Archives, otherwise you will have to come up with an alternative way of implementing your tests, some options are listed under How to Run Performance Tests on OAuth Secured Apps with JMeter article.
