New plugin PR: Load Distributor

Hi all,

I've submitted a PR to add a new plugin to the catalog: Distributed Load Distributor.

It automatically distributes thread counts across JMeter generators so each runs its fair share of the total load. Works with standard JMeter remote testing (-R) and standalone generators. Auto-activates from lib/ext/ - no test plan element required.
