JMeter Listener pack

Greetings colleagues!

I see that JMeter Listener pack is listed among plugins, but it seems like the versions listed are quite old -- maven contains 2.07 at least, and site is listing 1.5 and 1.7.

I also made a fork and upgraded plugin a bit, but developers are not answering me and I can't merge into initial plugin repo, so I'd also like to add it here. How can i do it? I've read the basic instruction, but I suppose it's how to get into repo itself (which hasn't been update for years), but not how to be listed. Any ideas/docos i can read in regards to that?
