If I try to go to the link to download the Plugins Manager (https://jmeter-plugins.org/get/), I get an error message stating the site could not be reached. This has been occurring for me for the last three days. Tried disabling my firewall already.

I have version 1.9 on my machine, but thought there may be some update because it started giving me an SSL error when trying to load the plugins list. "Failed to download plugins repository." And then an SSL handshake exception. Tried adding zscaler certs to my trust key, but that didn't work.

I try to download the plugins manager. It's OK for me with Firefox and Edge.

That is so weird. I was using Chrome and it still wasn't working but tried Firefox and it downloaded fine. Thank you. I guess my issue is solved. Wonder what is going on with Chrome though.

I think you're in a company and that Internet access is through a internet proxy.

This proxy is a Main in the Middle proxy  : Java Launch JMeter https client from Plugins manager == (https connection 1) => Internet proxy with X509 certificats from your company == (http connection 2) => web site https://jmeter-plugins.org.

You need to add the certificate chain (X509 Certificats from your company) to the cacerts file of the JDK that launches JMeter.

I have to do these actions when I am on the network of the company where I work.

Regards.

Something is wrong with your ISP or company firewall or whatever, the web site is available.

Alternative options of getting the plugins manager:

Ended up being able to get the latest version but am getting SSL errors when trying to open it. Think it's a certificate issue. Thank you everyone for your advice.
