Hi ,
I am trying to use selenium webdriver in jmeter using plugins.I am successfully able to run test using chrome and firefox. But while using IE driver the browser it self is not opening.
I want to run the test in IE as it is the only authorized browser in my org. Can any one help me with the step . Your help is highly appreciated.
I have already tried the following things.
- Installed the webdriver plugin in jmeter (inside ext folder). It only worked for chrome and firefox.
but not able to install the internet explorer driver plugin.

Please help in this regards.

Thanks
Chandan

First of all double check your WebDriver Sampler plugin installation.

  1. Install clean JMeter 3.0
  2. Install JMeter Plugin Manager
  3. Install WebDriver Sampler plugin via the Plugin Manager
  4. Restart JMeter just in case
Make sure you follow the next steps to work with the Internet Explorer driver

  1. Download IEDriverServer and unpack it somewhere
  2. Provide "Path to Internet Explorer Driver" via Internet Explorer Driver Config, i.e. c:\jmeter\bin\IEDriverServer.exe
  3. Open Internet Explorer
  4. Go to Internet Options -> Security
  5. For all zones (Internet, Local intranet, Trusted sites, Restricted sites) make sure that Enable Protected Mode value is the same - no matter checked or unchecked
