process during DR activities & tests. 11. Required Involvement in feasibility studies and recommending mainframe automation solutions across all the mainframe environments. 12. Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required
to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues. 13. Should have good understanding of ITIL Process & Procedures and ability to perform diagnostics & RCA. 14.Should be a self-starter with ability to work alone or
in a team, able to meet challenging deadlines & ability to multitask. 15 The job function required strong analytical & documentation skills along with excellent communication. 16 The analyst is responsible to provide 24 /7 Automation on-call support on a rotational
