Role - Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Security Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract – 3-6 Months

 

Job Duties:

Key Skills: Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP & HCM) Security and Data Masking, Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the overall lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud instances, including instance planning and release management.
  • Oversee multiple Oracle Fusion environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod), ensuring efficient usage and cost optimization.
  • Plan and execute instance refreshes, cloning strategies, and environment optimizations.
  • Perform configuration migrations, maintain version control, and utilize deployment tools to ensure smooth transitions across environments.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, environment trackers, and governance dashboards using tools like SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle Fusion environments with business objectives.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies and best practices for environment and data management.

 

Data Masking Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their data structures.
  • Implement data masking techniques, tools, and methodologies to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Apply basic Oracle database administration principles to support data masking activities.
  • Write and maintain SQL scripts and other automation scripts for data masking and related tasks.
  • Diagnosing and resolve technical issues related to data masking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent implementation of data masking processes to protect sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and clarity in data management processes.

 

Oracle Fusion Security Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Oracle Fusion security features and functionalities to ensure robust system protection.
  • Administer and maintain identity and access management (IAM) systems to control and monitor user access.
  • Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies to align with organizational security requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with separation of duties (SOD) principles to mitigate risks and prevent conflicts of interest.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues.
  • Stay updated on security standards, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices to enhance system security.
  • Ensure Oracle Fusion environments comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot security-related issues in Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve security processes to enhance system resilience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, including Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration migration, version control, and deployment tools.
  • Expertise in data masking techniques and tools, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and familiarity with other scripting languages for automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle database administration principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in creating governance dashboards and maintaining environment trackers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint for documentation and governance tracking.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to work on all project phases, including planning, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Flexibility to adapt to client requirements and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve environment and data management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security features, including IAM, RBAC, and SOD principles.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting security audits and implementing access controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
