text area is not enabled to filter the data

i am using attributes as shown above, i am able to see all my column
headers and data below to the header.
also able to see text area above to the column headers,but text area
is disabled,not able to enter any data to filter the columns

in addition to the previous post, providing here some information.
i am using below css and js files to show the jmesa grid, but text
area is not enabling on top of column headers where we can enter
column data to filter the columns..
