Programmatic Example

It seems that the example on the Google Code page for programmatic
setup is no longer valid. One of the classes in question is changed,
and the daemon now expects some generics info. Could someone please
update this example?

Hi there,

I'll get on this today; what happened is that due to disorganization
and the craziness of my day job there are actually two 0.9.x series
versions, one deployed to Maven and one to the Thimbleware repo. Both
have slightly different setup here, and the wiki page is favouring one
over the other.

Thank you Ryan. I did figure it out eventually. Thanks to the sources
being in the jar I was using :) Great project and it's really nice to
setup or dev web app launchers where they take care of launching
Memcached. One less thing to worry about in the mix!
