Youth Action Nepal (YOAC Nepal) is a prominent youth led and youth focused organization aimed to educate, engage and empower youth through trainings, campaigns, advocacy and lobby activities.
Youth Action is looking for a dynamic, enthusiast, self-learner, motivated, down-to-earth and hardworking young person who has keen interest to learn and grow; and gradually develop career in administrative and development sector.
His/her main responsibility will be to assist the program officer in undertaking the following activities:
Documentation Intern
- Should have knowledge about reporting, minute, translation, documentation
- To assist in handling documentation and dissemination work at office: manage and maintain document, letter, file, folder, and other document and items
- To support for preparing report, help in meetings, training, workshops; and implementing other programs and projects by providing document and IEC
- To assist in keeping and preparing minutes
- To assist in procurement and store keeping
- Knowledge and skill of computer typing both Nepali and English will be added advantage
Minimum qualification Intermediate level (but open to candidates with higher qualifications as well). Intern, students from humanities and management background can apply for documentation intern.
S/he shall also have basic computer skills both in English and English is added advantage.
Interested candidates are requested to submit their C.V. with a cover letter to chairperson and a one page write up on why s/he is interested to work as documentation intern at Youth Action Nepal.
