Not activate LCD panel(replicator2x)

I got this machine at last week.
Suddenly refused LCD panel (only bright(white screen), not appeared characters)
I tried update for firmware by makerBot desktop software, but [update failed unknown error from conveyor].
Connect by USB, Software can recognition the machine(but result is Replicator2(Not 2x).
Please help me, I want to restore this machine.
