wings is the one that's furthest developed, but still a lot remains undone.
it's been a while. i recall taking wings pretty far in terms of use cases.
for example, i was able to bringing up the ui in a web browser, log in,
and do basic crud on an entity. the ui didn't look great, and i believe
the entity i was working with was simple/simplistic on purpose: i.e. i
probably hadn't written the list renders and editors and association
renderers and editors. i may be wrong. anyhow, i'd call it perhaps
50% there. echo was a second attempt that fizzled early, it's perhaps
25% done. in both cases, i'm not sure how the frameworks have evolved
and what the implications may be in terms of deprecating existing work.
