Nested Mapping

Hi to all JMapper users,

We decided to use as a convention for nested mapping: ${path}.

This convention allow to distinguish the regex from nested mapping, it is true that has usable characters in regex but in those positions have no meaning.

In this way we can guarantee a certain consistency with the dynamic methods and familiarity with Expression Language.

Everything will be described in detail in the appropriate section of the wiki.
