Hi,

I have a cyrus installation with mailboxes automatically created for users when they are added to a postgres database via a wepapp. It is working well however I am not sure what the best practice for removing users via a web app is. Is there a way to do this via jmap or do I need a daemon process on the cyrus server watching the database and running the bash command?

Also will the bash command clear all carddav, caldav and jmap entries?

This is more a Cyrus question than a JMAP question!

If I was implementing this I would suggest that you delete the users from the server once they are disabled in the postgres database.  Probably not immediately, but on some kind of delay so that you can easily undo mistakes!

Cheers,

Bron.
