Greetings,
I've got a lot of gigs of various sorts this fall! I turned 65 last month, and decided to embrace the big event by talking, writing, and singing about aging and death! Oddly enough, it's proving to be a winning strategy.
For starters, I hope you'll read my personal essay,
Field Notes of an Elder-in-Training in the current Crazy Wisdom Journal (it's also
online). I'll be doing a little blogging for the journal later this fall.
And here's the calendar:
Songs & Stories from an Elder-in-Training Wed., 9/30, 7-8:30 p.m.
Ann Arbor District Library: Downtown. 343 S 5th Ave
I'll share songs, personal stories, and reflections on the aging process in this interactive session. Free.
