Greetings,
Our band Harmony Bones is playing at the Green Wood Coffeehouse! Here's the scoop.
Friday, May 13, 8:00pm: Harmony Bones at Green Wood Coffeehouse
1001 Green Road, Ann Arbor
Jeanne Mackey, Laszlo Slomovits, Tom Voiles, Linda Teaman and Eric Fithian
(collectively known as "Harmony Bones") offer a wide range of original,
traditional and contemporary folk music. Rich harmonies and an array of instruments — guitar, mandolin, flute, pennywhistle, fiddle, banjo,
percussion, bass, even sitar — and now the newest addition of
instruments, the accordion and Ullian Pipes! The band's name, "Harmony
Bones," comes from an acupuncture point that harmonizes imbalances and
promotes clear thinking, seeing, and hearing! Here's the
Facebook event and
web site. Flyer is attached.
And you might enjoy
this little video of excerpts from our recent Cafe' 704 performance. Banjo and sitar is not a combo you hear every day!
See below if you no longer want to get these occasional updates.
peace,
Jeanne
