All Souls/Day of the Dead Gathering. This Sunday, 10/30, 6-8:30 pm. An interfaith gathering to remember and honor those who have passed on—through music, a meal, and ceremony. Vegetarian stew and tea provided. Bring photos and mementos of loved ones and a dish to pass, if you like.  All are welcome. Benefit concert: Helping the Kids of Flint. Friday, 11/18, 8 PM. Benefit concert to support the Flint Child Health & Development Fund. Donations will directly support the future health of the children of Flint who have been exposed to lead in their water. All gifts received by December 31 will be matched by the C.S. Mott Foundation. My band Harmony Bones will join the Gaia Women of the Great Lakes Basin. Update on the water crisis by speaker, Claire McClinton, Flint Democracy Defense League. Rise Again Community Sing-Along • Nov. 30; 7-8:30 p.m. • Join song leader Jeanne Mackey for a community sing-along from the recently released Rise Again Songbook, a guide with lyrics to over 100 songs, from Beatles to ballads, Dylan to Broadway.
