Changes:
ewb-handbook (3.3+0-1) unstable; urgency=low
.
* New Upstream Release; former 3.3 was not for EWB 3.3 but for 3.1
according to the upstream announcement.
* Now the license is DFSG-compliant so goes into main.
- updated copyright file.
- installed COPYRIGHT.jis as distrib.jis
