Hi Ladies, 

Excited to see you next Tuesday. A few housekeeping items:

If you haven't signed up for a PRRC shift, please go to the website and make sure you sign up. Also, you will need one other community program experience. Reach out if you are having a hard time meeting this requirement. 

This next meeting is a voting meeting. I am planning on going and would love to sit with all of you! If you can't make it, don't worry, there will be other voting meetings after it. 

Everyone feeling okay with their points? If not, I am here to help. Let's talk.

In the email below Laura is making it so that you can visit other meetings on your own to get an idea of what they are like as you decide which committee to join. 

Also, anyone NOT coming to our small group meeting on Tuesday? There are others that you can join, so let me know.

Hi there,

Great to see you all last night! Mina and Sabrina, thank you so much for hosting us!  I love Bun-mee!

As promised, besides the MAC meeting tonight that the Provisionals can attend there is also a Marketing meeting that they can attend.  It will be on March 3rd.  If they will be attending the meeting, please let me know so that I can let the Chair know.

Here is a message from their chair about how they can get involved with Marketing-

"Meeting is on March 3rd. At that meeting our committee members, Kendra and Amanda will be doing a press release training. So, I think that your ladies will greatly benefit from that as well.

In the meantime, we will likely be holding our January meeting in conjunction with the VTD training on personal branding as it relates to our work with re-branding JLSF. Thus, if any of them can attend, that would be very beneficial.

For projects on which we could use help, we currently need help with: Advocacy**, Sustainer Luncheon** and VTD trainings. Can you 1) send me a list of the interested ladies and 2) find out with which of the above committees they would like to help cover?  (** means high priority)"
