Hi Ladies,

The PE Graduation date has been set for Tuesday, May 20th, 6PM-9PM.  Venue TBD.  Please let your provisionals know the graduation will not only be an evening of celebration, but there will be a representative from the Placement committee to distribute the placement cards.  (As a reminder, this will be the first time they receive confirmation of their committee placement for their upcoming active year.)   

Incoming president Jennifer Kurrie will also be joining us, in addition to the announcement of the Hayley Swift Award recipient.  (The presentation is always an exciting part of the evening!)  Please note, at our April 15th Advisor meeting, we will have a brief presentation from the advisors who have a nominee, followed by voting.  We will send out a reminder email on the Hayley Swift award guidelines closer to the date, but it's something to keep in mind throughout the year!  

And at one of the SG meetings this week, a few of the provisionals asked for the 2013-2014 Placement brochure to get an idea for all the committees in the League prior to Training Day.  (Attached.)  But please keep in mind, there may be changes to various committees as placement is working on updates for the following league year.
