Routinely one
should be investigated every year,
fix the date which can be remembered easily,
like your birthday, around holi, diwali…
CBC [Complete blood count] ,ESR
Sugar,
Kidney function test [ urea ,creatinine
]
Liver function test,
lipid profile ,
ECG , Blood pressure,
Gama
–GT [if alcoholic ]
Sonography Whole Abdomen , x- ray
chest…
If any
abnormality found in any of these investigations, it should be further
evaluated….
Once
in Two years ---
Blood test for calcium, vitamin D,
B-12, iron, uric acid,
Mammography &
PAP’S SMEAR [for female above 35]
Once in three years-- after 40
Blood test for
onco-sure [ test
for 9
types of cancer in body ] ,
heart ensure panel [
for heart status ].
These test are done by SRL DIGNOSTICS ,collection centre available in all
cities….
Once in 5 years –[40 plus ] CT scan of whole abdomen and thorax .
Once in 7 years –[40 plus ]
