ALCOHOL & TABACCO

IN ANY SENSE AND ANY FORM  TABACCO IS NOT GOOD….
FROM COUGH TO CANCER. ALL KNOW ABOUT IT,

 Here  are some tips if you are  smoker .

-DON’T SMOKE ---empty stomach ,causes gastritis and ulcers.
-DON’T SMOKE ---after exercise ,10 times more harmful .
-DON’T SMOKE --- with alcohol, 40 times more harmful .
-DON’T SMOKE --- after intercourse 10 times more harmful .
-DON’T SMOKE --- in closed room ,without exhaust .
-DON’T SMOKE --- if suffering from cough and cold.
-DON’T SMOKE --- when large no. of people around you .

Health benefits of moderate alcohol use

Moderate alcohol consumption MAY provide some health benefits. It may:
Reduce your risk of developing heart disease
Reduce your risk of dying of a heart attack
Possibly reduce your risk of strokes, particularly ischemic strokes [brain hemorrhage ]
Lower your risk of gallstones
Possibly reduce your risk of diabetes..


ADVERSE EFFECTS are well known from hepatitis to complete liver failure.
 

High levels of alcohol consumption are associated with an increased risk of alcoholism, malnutrition, chronic pancreatitis, alcoholic liver disease, and cancer.

Here we are concern how to consume alcohol if you are regular drinker----

--Good Dilution ---60 ml of drink should have minimum of 300 plus water.

--Eat Before the Event 

--Stay With the Same Drink

Stay Active While You Drink

Avoid the "One for the Road" theory..


-- Hydrate with juice or water before and in between  drinks.

--cheese and fats [if not obese]  slow down absorption of alcohol from intestine .

--milk product are good with alcohol to prevent gastritis.

--two glasses of water early morning clears toxins from liver .

--Remember ,liver can only digest 10 ml of 40 % liquor in  1 hour .
means 60 ml of any drink requires 6 hours ,now use your own mathematics
.

--moderate amount means.
60 ml/day for women and 120 ml/day for men.

 

CONCLUSION :- Moderate drinking and exercise appear to slow down the health deterioration that occurs with aging, according to a study of about 2,500 people aged 65 and older who were followed regularly for about eight years. Those who drank and exercised regularly had fewer difficulties with their daily activities and physical functioning.40
