Health benefits of moderate alcohol use
Moderate alcohol consumption MAY provide some health
benefits. It may:
Reduce your risk of developing heart disease
Reduce your risk of dying of a heart attack
Possibly reduce your risk of strokes, particularly ischemic strokes [brain
hemorrhage ]
Lower your risk of gallstones
Possibly reduce your risk of diabetes..

with an increased risk of alcoholism, malnutrition, chronic
pancreatitis, alcoholic
liver disease, and cancer.

should have minimum of 300 plus water.

in 1 hour .
means 60 ml of any drink requires 6 hours ,now use your own mathematics .
--moderate amount means. 60 ml/day for women and 120 ml/day for men.
CONCLUSION :- Moderate drinking and
exercise appear to slow down the health deterioration that occurs with aging,
according to a study of about 2,500 people aged 65 and older who were followed
regularly for about eight years. Those who drank and exercised regularly had
fewer difficulties with their daily activities and physical functioning.40
