Do you plan to update the jLite API to support the new VOMS version

Hi,

There has been a new (EMI based) release of the VOMS server
- that does not depend on globus and it is therefore not possible
to authenticate to the VOMS server with a globus proxy. Do you
plan to support this new version.

I find your API extremely useful and have based a lot of of Java
portlets around it. But now that the roadmap for VOMS servers
seem to be in the EMI direction this breaks the API.

Hi Tom,

The problem is that I have yet to find a VOMS 2.0 server for testing.
I have access to a couple of servers, but don't know exact versions they
run.
These servers work fine with jLite.

Have you already tried to use jLite with VOMS 2.0 server?
If yes, what kind of error did it produce?

Has anyone else in the list had issues with VOMS 2.0?
