Migrating jline Maven namespace

Hello folks!

I have been getting messages from Sonatype that the Maven namespaces I have access to need to be migrated off of OSSRH and on to the new Central server. The "jline" namespace is one of them.

I can go ahead with that migration myself, but it will require anyone pushing Maven artifacts to update some credentials. Since I am not contributing directly to jline these days, it might be better for someone more active to take this on.

Hi ! 

The "org.jline" namespace has been migrated already, and the "jline" one only concerns JLine 1 or 2, which aren't supported anymore.  And I'm not planning any release of those in the future.  I can do the migration though, can you forward the email to gno...@gmail.com, i'll deal with it.
