[ANNOUNCE] Jline 3.10.0 released

JLine 3.10.0 has been released and is now available on maven central.

It contains mainly bug fixes, but a method was added to the main Terminal interface and thus require at least a minor version change.

The method is the following:

The goal is to provide correct support when the terminal has scroll bars, so that JLine can use the window size or the buffer size, depending if it's running in full screen mode or not.
