Hello all! Just a reminder email that we are wanting to get a preliminary budget put together in the next few weeks. If you could please send Ceceliah your budget numbers by Feb 10th it would be greatly appreciated. We know that it will not be final numbers, but will give us somewhere to start from and something to report to the JLCR leadership.

I will plan to provide Special Events/Food and Beverage.

If you have any questions, please contact myself, Tom or Ceceliah.

Ours will be the exact same as last year....# of tables, chairs, etc.
We will be bringing our own cots as well.
