Good evening! Just following up once again on volunteers. Just got done meeting with Tracey. With some of the shifts we were able to lower our numbers after talking with Tom we are doing much better! However, we can certainly fill in some of those positions more fully if we get more volunteers over the weekend so keep asking your friends and family :)
If you have poeple ask we would be looking mostly for some Marshalls / spotters and possibly some floaters for Friday and Saturday am / pm shifts. - more in the PM than AM.
Tracey is finishing plugging in volunteers. She is also going to email the volunteers herself as well with their shifts and will also send you your volunteer lists. You will then need to follow up with them as well on their shift and confirm with them before Tuesday's volunteer meeting. She will give them instructions on Volunteer meeting, parking, dress code etc. You will need to confirm with each volunteer what time they will need to be at the course. Also if they have paid or not and remind them to bring their payment.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me any time this weekend. Feel free to call Tracey or Tom as well.

ps... Ellen, Tom and a few others will be working on signage Monday at the course at 8am if anyone wants to help. If several poeple show it should only take a few hours tops! :) Thanks!
