Hello all! Just had to take a moment to say a HUGE thank you to all of you from both myself and Tom for all of your hard work this year. The event really went well and we can not thank you enough for all your time and effort both before and during the event. The event was a success due to the entire teams effort and we enjoyed working with everyone! Also, thank you to everyone for staying and helping after. This was the fastest we have ever gotten done and I thank you so much for everyone helping me pack :)

Please put on your calendar for our wrap-up meeting on June 28th, 6pm at Biaggis. We hope you can all make it. (Please let me know for sure that you will be there so we can have the room set for the correct number of people. I will send out a reminder as well next week).

Finally, one last item, I am hoping that each chair can take the time to email each of their volunteers this week and say thank you.

I will be sending out a thank you to ALL the volunteers as well for their participation and asking for feedback for this years event on behalf of our entire committee but it would be nice for them to receive more than one thank you.

Also, if you have organizations you would like to send a written thank you to by mail please let me know. I will be purchasing some thank you notes to send myself so I can get you some if you like.

Finally, if you have any outstanding invoices / reimbursements please get them to me / Tina in the JLCR office this week as next Wed. is officially her last day and I would really like to wrap things up as much as possible before she goes.
