To all mentor and mentee
this (mentor and mentee) program is being created by our KPKR and is
to make sure that our
new professional is being correctly guided by jkr senior.
Not like us before where we learn through the hard way
ie through mistake or other peoples mistake or reading specification
and make our own understanding about the spec.
By right these program should not be an extra burden to our new
professional because
it is about their works and if they are in doubt just make one
phonecall to their mentor for advise.
then write the advise in the log book for their future reference.
The assignment given to them is just to analyse their understanding of
their work and is basically the assignment is related to their
existing works.
For the mentor probably we have to follow our former DG (Dr Wahid's)
style by asking question to our mentee and from there we coach them.
By the way i hope our top management mentor and mentee actively
participate in this forum
