Risk factors

Assalamualaikum,

I have a question. Is there any project risk management conducted in
jkr specifically in delay and cost over run? How jkr identify, analyze
and control risk factors in achieving better value for money and
timely completion of projects?

Waalaikumussalam,

At the moment, JKR had started the Risk Management Analysis for the project handling by JKR HQ KL. Soonest it will be implement at the state level.

On top of that, the non physical projects which have Risk Management is:

1. Coaching & mentoring program.
2. To enhance the performance of project through milestone set in Skala.
3. To prevent the highlighted issued in Auditor General report 2006.
