Swamiji's Bhagavad Gita classes and family camps are the definitive source of Hindu Scriptural Learning in New York. If you live in New York, and have a curiosity to study chapters 1- 6 and 7 -12 of Bhagavad Gita, this event is for you. Questions and answers sessions will also be provided throughout the week. The event is FREE.
Swami Nikhilanand was born and raised in a small village in Canada. He longed since childhood to know about God. As a young man, his Search led him to India, where he studied Hindi and the philosophy of the Sanskrit scriptures of Hinduism. Since taking sanyas, he has travelled around the U.S. speaking on the teachings of Sanatan Dharm. His lectures are scientific and practical and include many quotations from the Hindu scriptures, sung in beautiful Sanskrit. He has inspired many people to awaken their inner spiritual potential by integrating the teachings of Hinduism into their lives more fully.
Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) was founded by Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, our beloved Shree Maharajji, the fifth prime Jagadguru in the last 5000 years.
Founded in 1990, Radha Madhav Dham Temple and ashram serves as the national center of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat in the United States and is one of the largest Hindu Temples in North America.
