Dear All
These two articles had been with me for a while.

1. The one on medical education is by Naveena Shah who written a post on the issue in Facebook and I had urged her to develop it into a write-up. Please give your opinion about it and where it can be fit.

2. The second one is by Yagya/Naresh (Timilsina, now 'casteless' according to his Facebook account!) who wanted to revisit the time when he volunteered for the earthquake victims. I had asked him to go ahead with his idea. Kindly give your thought on this one too.

Regards
Abhinav

Dear All
This mail, I had shared exactly two months back. Looks like the attachments were missing! Pradeep, can you please look at Naveena's (medical education) and, Aishana, can you please look at Yagya's article (earthquake)? Let's have one each in the next two issues, if we find them worthwhile.
Thanks!

Dear Sir,

Please find attached the article by Yagya Timalsina entitled "Opportunity in disguise" based on his personal experience on the recent earthquake with my comments. It looks fine. But my question is why did he choose to work at Bhaktapur hospital rather than KMC? I am not quite aware with the system that KMC had during earthquake. I was a medical officer in ER at Patan Hospital during the earthquake and at PH it was mandatory for all medical students from the first year to the final year to get involved in the TRIAGE system that had been activated at the hospital.

Isn't it the same with KMC? That's what I had been assuming till now!! If not, then, the article seems okay. We can publish it in our forthcoming issue.

Thanks.
