11th issue deadline

Dear all
We decided to have weekly meeting on sunday from10-11am every week during a meeting on friday.
We also decided to do peer review from our section editors to overcome the problem of peer reviewer.
As we all are aware of the fact that we are  one year behind our regular schedule,all of us  need to be more serious from now on.

We have set a deadline of mid November for online publication of next issue.

I hope your PG training has taken off on a positive note. Bir Hospital and Mahaboudha ko mo: mo: and ND's would probably be a routine now!

As discussed during the last meetings, can you please send Dr Dipti's and Dr Anil Ojha's articles for copy-editing to Rika if you think that they are otherwise good to go?

Dear Sir,

The take off has suddenly culminated into such a rapid ascent that I am finding it hard to keep up with the pace. Maybe I'll get acquainted soon. Till then, Mahabouddha ko mo:mo n ND's would have to wait I guess ;)

Coming to the point, I have clinical procedure presentation this Sunday and journal club presentation on Monday. I am not sure if I would be able to give a final look to those papers before that. I'll try to send them by Wednesday but if that would be too late, I might have to hand them over as such.

And since my days have been much busier than I had expected, for the time being, I might have to refrain from the responsibility I had committed to during our last meeting. If possible, I would love to get back to the task in a few months. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Sorry I did not write sooner. We surely understand the situation. So, it is okay. We'll manage the things at the journal. Aishana will have to be (even) more proactive now. Aditi and Kshitiz, you will have to be real good support to Aishana. Of course, we are there too. Rika, most of the balls are in your court now. Please do communicate regarding what's up with them.

Surprisingly I am having some breathing time at OPD today.. Feeling luxurious :p

Rika, after copy editing, please send the papers to me. I'll do the final format editing and send to Aman with a cc to our group mail. Please see what format editings are to be done so that next time you could undertake that task too. Thank you!

I think it would be better if Rika sends the articles back to the respective authors for final proof reading as she finishes copy editing so as to avoid potential hassles in future.

Or, she could send them to us (I mean the respective editors) so that we can send them to the authors for final proof reading.

Ya, I agree. But proofreading will be done only after the manuscripts have been formatted by Aman. But we all could go through the articles. I hope Rika has started working. It would be good to hear from her. PS: Someone needs to tell Aman that things are coming on his way soon..
