We had a small meeting on Nov 8 and the issues addressed were as follows:

1. OAs and CRs finalized for the 11th issue and to be sent for copy editing:

Dear sir,

The list was only a tentative one based on the date of submission so we can definitely make changes. We can keep the finalization of the list as one of our agendas tomorrow. As for the article on dental trauma by Dr. Megha, it is fairly recent compared to the other articles. We can start working on it along with the rest and finally include those that are ready sooner. Her manuscript is undergoing initial editing currently. 

Agenda for the meeting:

1. Status of 11th issue publication
2. Finalize short-listed articles for the next issue
3. Fix new deadlines for subsequent issues
4. Update the team on how the new division of work is working
5. Add issues as per requirement

Dear all,

This is an update regarding the editorial board meeting that took place on 15th November, 2015.

Issues addressed were as follows:

1. Copy editing of articles

     5 articles copy-edited---- to be sent to Dr. Pradeep, Dr. Aishana

     remaining 4 to be sent subsequently by Tuesday

2. Article for the 12th issue:

    10 OAs and 5 CRs selected

    Articles selected based on date of submission as well as progress in editing process. Articles that had already undergone prior initial editing were decided to be sent to executive editors while the ones yet to be edited even once were decided to be sent to Dr. Aishana and Dr. Pradeep before being sent to EEs. 

Articles under Abhinav Sir: Neuro cases- Dr. Baburam Pokhrel, Lung nodule- Dr. Hom Pant, Psy referral- Dr. DPM, Dr Tseten's article

Articles under Nira ma'am: Seizure- Dr. Anil, Mid trimester abortion- Dr SMP

Remaining articles- Dental (Dr. Megha), Antibiotics in PROM (Dr. Sunil), Cataract surgery (Dr. Pradeep Baskota) and CT IVU (Dr.Ravinder Kumar)

Case reports short- listed for this issue are as follows:

a. Dr. Ravinder- CP angle tumor

b. Dr. Mohit Sharma- Oral pemphigus vulgaris

c. Dr. Pawana- Hematuria

d. Dr. Paras- Syp Ophth

e. Dr. Rajesh Lakhey- Club foot surgery 

3. Editorial 

    The board decided to request Dr. Shishir Lakhey for an editorial on disaster mangement/ Dr. Pushpa Raj Sharma/ Nursing/ dental faculty for editorials for future issues
