Quite an interesting read, though it's very kmc-centric. I'm therefore bit hesitant whether it can qualify as an editorial. A bit of situational analysis about the impact of the eq on the whole, how other hospitals dealt with it, etc would give a broader readership. Also, some references would be good.

Ps: somebody please dig out the Yagya timilsina student article on his experience during the eq. It would nicely compliment this editorial in this issue.

He had showed me the First draft , it was more like disaster report to kmc management.This is a revised version where he has written something about other hospital also. I had given him some feedback. I know, it could broader .
