Case Study Contest on “Best CSR Practice towards Responsible Business”

As part of its endeavor to promote Responsible Business and CSR, AIMA has been organizing an annual prescient meeting of business leaders, civil society activists and academics since 2008; the Business Responsibility Summit.

The next Summit, 5^th in the series is scheduled on 6-7 July 2012 at New Delhi focusing on the theme ‘Enabling Responsible Business for a Sustainable Future: Challenges and Opportunities’. Dr Bhaskar Chatterjee, DG & CEO, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has graciously agreed to steer this initiative as Summit Chairman. Ernst & Young is the Knowledge Partner for the Summit.

The Summit will focus on the transformative impacts brought about by doing businesses responsibly, the ways of building stakeholder trust to harness a positive impact for the business and tapping media for its extended role in creating a scaffold differentiating sustainable businesses from the others.

Knowing your deep commitment to CSR, I am writing to you with a very special request.

Do block your diary in advance, participate yourself and also nominate your colleagues to join the deliberations at this unique Summit.

One of the unique offerings of this Summit is conducting a Case Study Contest so as to encourage and involve companies, institutions and business schools from across the country to showcase their CSR and Responsible Business practices.

I am writing to invite you to participate in this exciting Contest and submit your organization’s case study on “Best CSR Practice towards Responsible Business”. The case study should focus on specific CSR initiatives instituted by your company/organization/institution to strengthen Responsible Business. The case study should not exceed 2500 words.
