In the constantly changing marketplace for company’s employee
expectations, lateral movements by professionals, and the developing
pool of management talent in India, it is imperative that serious
attention is given to the employer-employee relationships. It is
necessary to analyze the causes of staff turn over and develop
strategies for better retention. This can be done only if we have an
insight into the mind, thinking, expectations, grievances and
aspirations of the employees – the force behind the success of any
company.
The *All India Management Association (AIMA*) in partnership with
*Deloitte* is conducting a national *Talent Management Survey*, to
assess the requirements of employees across India to understand the
concerns and challenges facing employees and employers across the
country. Our goal is to provide useful quantitative information and
analysis to help companies and professionals across India better
understand our changing talent markets.
This survey has been designed to provide a barometer of how
organizations are adapting and shaping their talent strategy in the
light of changing economic circumstances. Additionally, it aims at
learning about the skills of attracting highly skilled workers, of
integrating new workers, and developing and retaining current workers
to meet current and future business objectives.
This is a unique survey that allows you to rate the ongoing HR efforts
in your organization and also gives you an opportunity to share your
thoughts with respect to effective retention techniques, compensation,
retirement plans and the kind of work that keeps you engaged.
Our aim is to gain a real sense of how students and working
professionals today, think and react, which will shape the new future
of tomorrow.
