Dear Sir/Madam,
Keeping in view that a number of communication challenges exist at workplaces- identifying a problem, arriving at an appropriate solution, supervising work, coordinating various functions, coordinating people and their activities, developing products and services, and developing relationships- and all these activities call for effectiveness in communication, Business Communication Area at Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, is organizing Management Development Programmes on ‘Effective Business Communication’ & ‘Advance Business Communication’. The first programme is scheduled for 14-15 November 2011 and the second for 16-18 November 2011.
To help the participants disseminate right information through the right media, to the right audience, at the right time with the right effect, the Programmes would aim at training participants for preventing or minimizing contradictory, confusing messaging to different groups working across the organization. The emphasis in the Programmes would be on Interpersonal Communication as well as Organizational Communication. The detailed Brochure is attached for more information on both the Programmes.
