Aim & Scope of Journals:
The vision of the journals is to present a scholastic platform to scholars all over the world to publish their novel, original, empirical and high quality research work. The editorial board would like to publish research papers/articles from scholars pertaining to recent developments and practices in international business, finance, marketing, human resource management, general management, economics, banking, financial services, corporate governance, social science, education, information technology, insurance and emerging paradigms in allied areas of management.
Guidelines for Submission:
Style: Manuscripts should be attached and sent to the Editor via e-mail. The file has to be written in MS-WORD using Times New Roman (single-spaced, 12-point font, 1-inch margins all around). Manuscripts submitted to SAARJ Journals should contain: Title of article, Authors' names, Authors' Institutional Affiliations, Abstract, Introduction, Experimental (materials and Methods), Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, Tables (each starting with a caption) and Figure captions, List of symbols and Abbreviations, Numbered list of references, Biographical sketch, and Original figures. Annexure of data collection and tools .
Abstract: A short abstract (100-200 words maximum) should open the paper followed by minimum 5 key words. The abstract should not attempt to condense the whole subject matter into a few words for quick reading.
Paper Acceptance: The final decision of publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of Editorial Board Members.
NOTE: ONLY EMPIRICAL RESEARCH PAPER WILL BE APPRECIATED. ALL RESEARCH PAPERS ARE SUBJECT TO PEER REVIEW.
Accepted papers will be communicated to the Scholars within 15 days of review binding.
