We are hiring fresher candidates of BE/B-Tech holders and provide Training and placed them in our organization.
JOB PROFILE:
The job profile will be as a BTS Engineer & MW Installation Engineer & Commissioning Engineer , O&M Engineer and Site Survey Engineer .
Basically for BTS & MW installation & commissioning work
That includes;
Site survey and SDR preparation.
Installation of BTS.
Installation of Battery Bank including Power Plant.
Installation of MW equipment & Alignment.
Commissioning of BTS & MW.
Site Integration.
Alarm Testing & Quality measurement.
Preparation of site folder.
AT of the site.
Project Management, etc.
We select the candidate through written test & interviews who are technically sound and confident, selected candidates have to go through the 60 hours Class Room Training and One month On Job Training in core telecom (GSM&3G Technology ) Networks .
Eligibility criteria : The candidate should have 60 % marks in (BE & B.Tech )
(IT ,ET , EC &CS ) can appear .
