Any news ? I am also interested in this issue.

I want to force the user to set "due date" at least 2 days after creation.
The problem is that the issue is not "really" created when the validator on
trnaistion "Create issue" is triggered : So the "fldDate2" 'created'
or 'updated' is null, and throw NullPointerException !

So 'Now' or 'today' will be good option in the list.

Atlassian has decided to develop with plugin by ourself.
