What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Migration from Jira 3.12 to 4.2
2. Installing the latest Jira-suite-utilities plugin
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After migrating, the workflow transtions no longer works properly. We're
not getting the menu to change to the next step: in our example the next
step would be "approve install" or "reject" (see attachment)

Atlassian reviewed our issue yesterday and thought that the
jira-suite-utilities plugin was not installed on the new mirgrated jira.

We installed it last night and restarted jira

But cannot locate it in our plugins and our issue is still not resolved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Where did you install new plugin? WEB-INF/lib or installed-plugins?
Did you migrate from old 0.6 version? If so please look at here

We installed the (version 2) plugging by putting the file
jira-suite-utilities-0.7.16.jar in the installed-plugins directory .

I made a XML export of the workflow, and found sore references
to "com.atlassian.jira.plugin.workflow" . We will recreate the workflow
with "com.googlecode.jsu.workflow"
