What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Validator to a transition,
2. select the Required Field
3. Select Comment column on left, add.
4. I have a screen used in the transition with no fields selected, so only
the Comment field is shown in the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When executing the transition, my screen comes up with the comment field.
I enter text in the comment field, and click the transition button. I get
a message saying "Comment is required. But it is not present on screen."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux 2.6.9-89.0.20.ELsmp
Plugin Version: 0.7.16
JIRA Version: 0.0

Hi abas, rash, You don't understand my problem, or you can't reproduce
it? Should I be able to select the Comment column and have the validator
check for a valid comment? I have Jira Jira 4.1.2, build 531.

My answer was for comment #2.
I understand YOUR problem but right now I've nothing to do with it. If you
adding Comment field as required then validator check comment for the issue
but not for transition.
To fix this issue I need more time that I don't have right now.

So while this defect get's fixed, is there any workaround to have this
functionality? I mean it's very important to have the developer to add a
comment while making any transition.
