New issue 167 by ra...@pobox.com: jira-suite-utilities accepts 0 as
non-empty but Jira sees it as empty
http://code.google.com/p/jira-suite-utilities/issues/detail?id=167

I have made a number field required by using the "Fields Required ---
Fields required during a workflow transition." validation function provided
by jira-suite-utilities plug-in.

The problem is interaction between this plug-in and Jira. The plug-in
accepts the numeral 0 as a non-empty value. But then Jira treats it as an
empty number field and does not show it on the View Issue screen. This is a
philosophical choice but the plug-in and Jira should both be on the same
page -- especially since the plug-in is maintained by Atlassian.

The funny thing is if I go into the Edit screen and set the same field
to "0" then Jira displays the field on the View Issue screen with a "0" as
the value.

Using Jira 4.2.4 and jira-suite-utilities 0.7.16. 32bit Windows Server 2003
R2 with the latest service pack.
