Create new ticket button missing

The last version of Jira Assistance had a + button to create a new ticket, but now that seems to be missing.   This was a great feature, why was it removed?

i've updated the version (2.0.0.5) with this feature enabled

Do you have it installed from web store? if so just go to  chrome://chrome/extensions/  and click 'Update extensions now' button
