Warm Greetings Mr. Messick
I have a work related question for you.
I belong to a local dance team of retired women. We dance at SJTU campus in XuJiaoHui at the SJTU university there.
The university tried to kick them out because the leader wanted things to be nice for the upcoming 120 year celebration. JaioTong is the oldest modern university in China.
When the security guards kicked them off the square at the park they, sweet retired ladies, quietly left.  But this old lady did not.  I went to the security guards to learn more. I eventually went to the Domestic Partnership Development President of Jaio Tong, Tao Jian.
We exchanged pleasantries then I explained that I belonged to three dance teams on the square and what a wonderful and magical place it was.  He knew I treasured Jiao Tong as I talked about it for some time, having taught there.  I had an agenda and my agenda was to work out a compromise that would allow the old ladies to dance.  I wanted a win/win and got it.  We would give up loud dances such as "Little Apple" if they would let us stay on the square until 8 am when the students start coming to class. We did it. We got our win/win. for SJTU and for the ayi's
Then I began to think. A lot of people will be visiting Jiao Tong during the entire month of April. What if we could get the old ladies matching uniforms! They would look so honorable dancing on the square. They could be a small enhancement to the celebrations. Well, I do not think some of them could ever afford matching uniforms which are so inexpensive by USA standards.  Today I was talking with one of the NLP classes I have volunteered to teach for the community there and I told them of the idea and puzzling how to get uniforms.  Then I thought about going to some expat businesses and asking. It would look really good to SJTU to have the ladies in matching uniforms and could bring the expat business some positive press, too.
My team that I participate with most, I am working to get to go to the USA with International Folk Dancers. If they had nice uniforms with your LOGO on it  there would be the possibility of good press in the USA also. The dance group's still working on the itinerary but Rupert, Burley, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls and Rexburg are likely targets.

I was pricing matching Tai Chi outfits,a  simple one on TaoBao what could take a small logo and look nice and the price is 100 rmb per outfit.  If we added a tee shirt we would be looking at 150 per person.

The team has about 20 active members.  They have no idea I am doing this.
the price would be                         20 x 150 = 3000 rmb (+ logo)
or just tai chi outfits                        20 x 100 = 2000 rmb (+ logo)
or just matching T shirts                 20 x  50 = 1000 rmb (+ logo)

If this would be a possibility could you forward this email to the person who would be over giving.
Thanks very much,
Debrah Roundy
