Quick question. I am trying to make our home feel more like a home. It's pretty bare and I wanted to go get a few things to spruce it up. Just wondering where to go? Looking for fake tall plants that I can put in a couple corners, some throw pillows for the couches, decorative vases, pictures etc. Any suggestions would be awesome. The only place I have picked things up from so far is IKEA. I also want to get a big family picture printed. Either a huge canvas print or a big print I can put in a picture frame. Where should I go for that. Thanks for your help!!!

The jinqiao flower market is a great start! I can take you if you want! Penny's is also good for vases and affordable! She's in a new spot now though so I need to call her for her address!

I once arranged a trip to Penny's (before she got big), and had her sticker everything. We came with 24 of us, and she gave us all a group 20% off for that day.

Penny's will let you take any pot or vase and turn it into a lamp- you get to pick the shape and fabric too.

She makes a great tripod wood base lamp with a beautiful drum shade- several sisters did that one.

She is great- you will love her :).

But my personal most favorite shop is Lily's antiques on Biyun. The ceramics are the cheapest in town, and I like the swanky feel of the shop. One day when I grow up I want to get all my furniture there lol... So sophisticated and amazing quality. They have a membership that lets you get cash back or discounts. It's industrial modern classic feel with several one of a kind pieces.

Oh fun! I can't do this Friday. My mother in law is watching our kids for two days and me and Kyle are heading to South Korea for our anniversary. I will join you next time.
