offline demos

I modified the Jinngine 0.8 web start / java script files so the demos
run offline (useful on conferences when no reliable internet is
available)

Can someone try it?

I tried it, and it works offline on both Ubuntu 10.10/ Chrome as well as on Win7 / Firefox.
