syntax error for missing repo

Discovered that if a module is used without declaring its repo, Jingo
seems to let the error bubble up all the way without reporting it.
The error showed up as a "Syntax error" on line 1 of the js file -
threw me for a loop until I discovered the missing repo spec.

If you gather / post some more detailed information about the error
you are describing and some steps to reproduce I'll log a defect
against Jingo or the Assembler so we can make sure to have it fixed
for the upcoming release.
